Biscuits Ingredients: 1.5 cups of Wholemeal Flour 1
cup of Grated Cheddar 0.24 cup of Veg. Oil 4 Tbl. Water (I needed slightly
more than this) Directions: Preheat oven 180 degrees. Cream
the ingredients together, adding the water one tablespoon at a time to help bind
the dough. When it begins to form a ball, roll it out on a floured surface, using
cookie cutters, cut the dough into fun shapes and place on cookie sheet. I wash
mine over with a little egg to make them nice and shiny. Bake approx. 10
min. until lightly browned. |
